Let’s see now. Instead of sunspots interfering with the neon sign, it must be moonspots.But the cowboy? If he were facing the other way, this could this be a variation on an event from my college days — after a raucous party at a local western-themed motel (initials “WS”) there was a tongue-in-cheek article in the student newspaper about the recent “beautiful moon over the Western Skies” 🙂
